How to Configure Catch-all Mailbox in Exchange Server 2007

A catch-all is a mailbox that is used to collects all the email messages that are sent to your organization. Catch-all mailbox can be configured to collect all messages or only those messages that are sent to  non-existent mailboxes. We can configure transport rule on Edge Transport server to copy or redirect messages to the catch-all account.
The following steps are required to configure catch-all mailbox:-
1.  Create a mailbox
2.  Disable Recipient Filtering
3.  Configure a Transport rule for copying or redirection.
How to Disable Recipient Filtering in Exchange Server 2007
1. Open the Exchange Management Console from the start menu.
2. Expand Organization Configuration and highlight Hub Transport.
3. Click on Anti-spam tab on the right side.
4. Right click on Recipient Filtering and click on Disable as shown below.
