Distribution group can be created in the Exchange Server 2007 to send mass mail to multiple users. This can be created by following below steps:-
- Click on Start > Programs and then Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.
- Click on the Exchange Management Console (EMC).
- Expand Recipient Configuration, right click on Distribution Group and click New Distribution Group.
4. On the New Distribution Group page, click on New group option.
5. Enter any name for this new Distribution group.
6. Confirm the Configuration Summary page by clicking on Next.
7. Once distribution group is created, Completion page will appear.
8. Once distribution group is created, next step is to add members in this group. To do so, right click in this newly created group and open its Properties.
9. Click on the Members tab and click on Add.
10. Select the members that you wish to add in this group and click Ok.
11. Once members are added, it will display you in the next screen.
