By default, any user in Exchange Server 2007 is not allowed to send mail on behalf of any other user. This can be done by following these steps:-
- Click on Start > Programs and then Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.
- Click on the Exchange Management Console (EMC).
- Expand Recipient Configuration, right click on any user and open its Properties tab.
- Click on Mail Flow Setting tab on the top.
- Select Delivery Options and click on Properties..
6. Under Send on behalf text, click Add.
7. Select the user on whose behalf the user can send email.
8. Click Ok to confirmation the selection.
